Meet Tracy Anglemeyer

Board Member Spotlight

Chair-elect of RVWA Board of Directors and Chair of RVWA Charitable Foundation Board of Directors

Although I didn’t realize it, I was a leader and a glass breaker from a young age. Whether it was captain of a ball team, officer in the 4-H, officer in the FFA, or first chair in the band, I just wanted to experience it all. As I started my career in the RV Industry, I was focused on being a problem solver and finding a way to do things better. My father taught me that it didn’t matter what I wanted to do for a career, just make sure I do it correctly, give it my all, and don’t let others tell me that I can’t.

The beginning of my career was spent on the manufacturing side of the RV Industry, largely as a product manager and sales representative. Because of this, I was one of the very first female sales representatives in the industry and became the first female product manager and national sales manager. I was charged with leading teams and helping to design products that fit the needs of the RV consumers, thus I excel at figuring out what the consumer needs and how to fit that need into product offerings, ultimately generating a better experience for the end user. My passion is giving back and helping others which is why in my youth I became an IHSAA official to give back to other athletes. I also served as treasurer on the little league board, started the 12U softball travel league in Millersburg, volunteered on community projects, and have served on numerous committees and task forces in the RV industry. I launched the RVWA Mentorship Program to aid those desiring to better themselves and the industry by utilizing others’ experiences and knowledge via networking into mentorship for the next generation of leaders. While at RVTI, I also worked with RVWA to create the first all women’s tech class and the subsequent annual RVWA program fostering much-needed female RV technicians. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors as my garden and orchard are my sanctuary. I also like to play golf, which has resulted in a few club championships and an Elkhart County Women’s championship title. My other passion is stock car racing and making that sport better as an ambassador and inaugural member of International Women in Motorsports.
