RVWA members will be evangelists for our mission and will be representative of diversity in every way. We will exceed our members’ expectations, provide meaningful resources, and buid a pipeline of engaged, volunteer leaders.
As a result, RVWA will demonstrate quantifiable member satisfaction, with active representation from 80% of the top 20 business in each segment of the industry. We will see women advance in their careers and member participation increase, along with the systems and staff to support them.
