– Evidence-based self-care practices rooted in lifestyle medicine

– A calming breathwork technique for stressful healthcare situations (we’ll practice together!)

Tiffany Kuo, MPH, RYT-500 believes that everyone deserves great healthcare – and that navigating the system shouldn’t require a medical degree.

July | TBD

August | Self-Advocacy

With over 10+ years at the intersection of healthcare quality improvement, integrative wellness, and digital health transformation, Tiffany has designed products and programs at leading healthcare organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), CancerLinQ, and Health Union, where she led initiatives improving care for 100+ healthcare organizations and millions of patients.

Through this work helping providers deliver better care and focusing on population health outcomes, one truth became clear: the missing piece wasn’t just better systems – it was empowering patients to advocate for themselves within those systems.

Today, Tiffany partners with healthcare & wellness businesses, industry stakeholders and community health programs to bring whole-person health approaches, alongside systems improvement to healthcare navigation. She translates insider knowledge of how healthcare systems operate into practical strategies that help busy professionals – especially women – get the care they deserve, even within an imperfect system.

Dr. Rachel Lindvall is all about leading, developing, and investing in people. Her superpower is connecting with individuals at every level of an organization – building trust through genuine relationships and turning that trust into meaningful performance impact.
