Come Learn and Network with us!

Last year’s event was an exceptional experience for the first event ever like this for RVWA. That left an indelible mark on all those who were fortunate enough to attend. The resounding success and positive feedback from attendees have set the bar high for this year’s event. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to once again immerse ourselves in two and a half days of a unforgettable networking and collaboration of like-minded individuals, as we come together to celebrate women and advance our skills.

Anyone looking to grow their skills, meet new people and celebrate helping women of the RV industry THRIVE!

what you will learn

This year....

We took the feedback from participants last year and added in more NETWORKING, more EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS and more BREAKS!

More Education Sessions

This year we are adding in more education sessions and smaller classroom sizes.  This will allow participants to learn even more and have meaningful discussions in each session.  The four education sessions will include

kick off speaker

One of the world’s most sought-after humorists, Christine delivers a fast-paced, uproarious program brimming with memorable quips and relevant content. Her effortless ability to pull in any audience with her remarkable insights on commonplace situations make her and her messages unforgettable.

She has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Certified Virtual Presenter credentials. Christine is one of the few individuals to meet the rigorous induction criteria of the National Speakers Association, CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame.

Author of the award-winning books, THE GOOD STUFF: Quips & Tips on Life, Love, Work and Happiness and It’s YOUR Business: Good Stuff for Your Personal, Professional, and Funny Business, Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a master’s degree in Adult Education. In 2016, she was the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Central Michigan University.

Before embarking on her journey as a speaker, she worked as a university admissions officer, corporate trainer, and broadcaster. She is a mother of two, wife of a “hottie engineer,” and a cancer survivor.

Workshop Speakers

Karen Zupko, an internationally recognized thought leader and speaker who advises many organizations and teams about the challenges and trends impacting them today, will cover an in depth look at how we communicate via our strengths and how teams can better communicate to achieve their goals.  Karen will take participants through a guided understanding of your unique style based on your DISC assessment (assessment included as part of event) and how to then utilize your style to further enhance your career.

A pair of other sessions – one on conflict resolution and the second discussing emotional intelligence – will be facilitated by Mary Romeo and Heather French of Mary Romeo & Associates.  Utilizing the Thomas-Kilmann approach to conflict resolution, attendees will learn their specific behavior in conflict resolution and the extent to which they project assertiveness and cooperativeness. Attendees will also participate in the emotional intelligence workshop to understand how to use and manage their own emotions to further enhance their careers.
