Board Member Spotlight

Vice President of Warranty at Lippert, Chair of Spring Campout Task Force, and RVWA Board Member

I was just 6 months old when my first camping trip took place in a classic Coleman pop-up camper during which I literally rolled out of the camper into a mud puddle: a hard knock introduction to the outdoor lifestyle and all these years later, it is safe to say that it is in my blood. As a person who loves camping and being surrounded by nature, working in the RV Industry is a natural fit for me. I have now been with Lippert for 20 years, leading our Warranty, OEM Relations, and Vendor Recovery teams. The tremendous growth and change I have witnessed in the RV Industry continues to fuel my passion for bringing others into this industry and lifestyle. Our strategy focuses on “Business as a Force for Good”, which can be seen in every interaction we have with customers, consumers, and our communities. Our daily goal is to create a positive experience for every consumer and dealer – especially while resolving issues – and to continue to inspire other companies and professionals to recognize the opportunities we all have to positively impact our businesses and communities.

As a wife, mother, and new “gigi”, I treasure family time. Whether we are camping, having off-road Jeep adventures, or exploring small towns and state parks across our amazing country: we make every moment count and always seem to include lots of laughter. Giving back to our communities has always been very important to me and to our family. We recognize volunteering and giving back can occur in a large variety of ways. I am involved in several local organizations and when the opportunity arose to join the RVWA Board and help to grow this organization and assist others in growing in our industry, I did not hesitate to jump in.

Outside of traveling and volunteering with my family, I am active with several local community food pantries, Habitat for Humanity, and Loveway. I’ve always felt education is crucial to growth and understand that some of the greatest education available is by being present and learning from others in our industry, which is what being part of RVWA is all about. I feel immense satisfaction when inspiring others to try new things and to always be open to opportunities, even if they may not have thought was a “fit” for what they saw as their professional path. My ultimate desire is to help others find their passion and discover opportunities in the RV Industry that they did not know were available to them.
