RV Women’s Alliance Hires Jessica Rider As New Managing Director

Barely two years into its existence, the RV Women’s Alliance continues to make strides towards fulfilling their mission to unite, inspire, recruit, and develop a more diverse workforce by supporting women with education, resources, and opportunities. With membership of the volunteer-led organization topping more than 1,100 members and a robust strategic plan to bring more value to these members, the RV Women’s Alliance Board of Directors made the decision to hire a managing director to amplify the incredible work of the volunteer leaders.

“Jessica is the ideal woman for our new managing director role,” said RV Women’s Alliance President Susan Carpenter. “She is a rare talent with the capabilities to take a vision and bring it to life by seeing a project from all sides and having solutions and contingencies to execute the vision successfully. As we continue to build out our programs and strategies, we will be relying on Jessica to lead our volunteers and deliver value to both our members and partners.”

“I am excited to be taking on the role of Managing Director because it combines two of my deepest passions, the RV industry and helping women grow,” said Jessica. “This is an exciting time to bring together women of the industry to cultivate relationships while also helping to lead the next generation of RV industry leaders. I am honored to be a part of that.”

Jessica’s goal in life is simply to make the world 1% better. She aims to do this through helping women of all ages connect to what truly matters in life and being the best versions of themselves. She is relentless in business but is equally relentless about her time in nature. She is a blend of a woman who knows how to make visions a reality and a woman who laces up her hiking boots to recharge in nature.

The hiring of the new managing director role was made possible through the generous support of RV Women’s Alliance Platinum Sponsors Lippert, THOR Industries, and Camping World.
