Industry leaders share career journeys, lessons learned, and what it takes to be recognized for excellence in the RV industry

The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) is celebrating Women’s History Month with a special four-part webinar series spotlighting past finalists and winners from the organization’s annual awards program. Each week in March, RVWA will host an insightful panel discussion featuring accomplished women and companies across the RV industry who will share how they built their careers, overcame challenges, and earned recognition for their contributions and leadership.

“These conversations are designed to inspire and inform – whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned professional,” said Susan Carpenter, RVWA president. “Our panelists represent the talent, persistence, and innovation that move the RV industry forward, and we’re honored to provide a platform for their stories during Women’s History Month.”
