The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) announced the launch of the ‘RISE with RVWA’ campaign, in line with the celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.

This year, RVWA takes the lead in celebrating the influence and achievements of women in the RV Industry. Through the RISE campaign, RVWA will shine a spotlight on the significant roles women play in the industry, recognizing their contributions, growth and leadership.

“As part of the RVWA’s commitment to promoting and advancing women in our industry, we are thrilled to announce the ‘RISE with RVWA’ campaign,” said Susan Carpenter, RVWA president. “This month-long initiative is designed to empower women, showcase their achievements and inspire future leaders of the RV industry. When women rise, we all rise.”

RVWA was established with a mission to bring together a diverse group of individuals — women and men alike — who believe in the importance of providing women with a forum for connection, professional development and career advancement, the organization said. The ‘RISE with RVWA’ campaign will help amplify this mission.

The ‘RISE with RVWA’ campaign calendar has a variety of events, including a panel discussion and in-person networking event that aims to empower women with knowledge, skills and networking opportunities. The campaign also extends an invitation to all industry stakeholders, companies, organizations and individuals who are committed towards the advancement of women in the RV industry.

“Women’s History Month not only acknowledges the value and contribution of women across the globe but also emphasizes the progress yet to be made in achieving equality. The ‘RISE with RVWA’ campaign is an integral part of this global movement,” said Carpenter.

RVWA invites all members of the RV industry to actively participate in this initiative and join them in celebrating the vital role women play in the industry.
