Meet Michilah Grimes

Michilah Grimes – Social Impact Strategist at Lippert; RVWA Charitable Foundation Board Member

Michilah Grimes is the Social Impact Strategist at Lippert. She previously served as the company’s Director of Corporate and Community Impact beginning in 2015, following a successful career as a leader in the nonprofit sector. Now focused on external-facing social impact initiatives, Michilah collaborates closely with customers and businesses on meaningful projects while sharing Lippert’s cultural journey through her leadership of the Red Carpet Rollouts.

Over the past decade, Michilah has significantly deepened Lippert’s philanthropic impact. She has been instrumental in driving key initiatives such as the 100,000-Hour Volunteer Initiative, the launch of the seRV With Purpose platform, RVIA’s Emerging Leaders Park Improvement Initiative, and the 2024 launch of the Built to Serve Initiative.

A passionate advocate for corporate responsibility, Michilah believes deeply in the power of business to create lasting community change. She is committed to helping team members discover their “why,” embrace their calling, and work together to build a brighter future. Her work focuses on developing initiatives and strategies that align with Lippert’s mission while ensuring programs are inclusive, sustainable, and impactful.

Michilah serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County, Goshen Unit; she is also Vice President of the Woodview Elementary School PTO and a member of RVIA’s Emerging Leaders Coalition. Her contributions to the RV industry have earned her multiple honors, including being named one of RVIA’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2019 and one of RV Pro’s Leading Women in the RV Industry in 2022.

Michilah holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, pre-law, and communications from California State University, Fresno. She resides in Nappanee, Indiana, with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family.
