Board Member Spotlight

Sales Director of the West Zone at NTP-Stag and RVWA Board of Directors Secretary

I currently hold a position at NTP-STAG as Sales Director for the West Zone overseeing both our RV and Automotive Aftermarket business segments. I first joined the RV industry 25 years ago by joining the Accounting Team at what used to be called Northwest Trailer Parts in Portland Oregon (then NTP Distribution… and then NTP-STAG). I also have 10 years’ experience in Operations Management from my tenure at UPS. Somewhere along the line I was recruited into the sales world and never looked back. It’s been an incredible journey as I’ve not only watched but I’ve been fortunate to be an active part of seeing this industry grow and evolve.

Growing up, my family tent camped and those experiences are some of my least favorable as it rains a lot in Oregon. After many years of being exposed to people who RV on a regular basis, I was encouraged to join the lifestyle. My family and I took our first camping trip in a pop-up trailer in June of 2013. We used it for one season and realized this was a lifestyle we wanted to invest in and upgraded to a travel trailer the very next year. We are now on our 3rd RV and dreaming about our 4th. Not only are we able to stay in some of the most beautiful landscapes in the Pacific Northwest, the undivided attention we are able to give each other as a family has built strong bonds and created many amazing memories.

I’ve grown very passionate about this industry over the years. Having the opportunity to join RV Women’s Alliance has been a great experience allowing me to support other women in their careers while also receiving support and mentorship back. Leadership is something I enjoy as I have always been one to jump in and take initiative when a decision needs to be made while trying to take a diplomatic approach. I love a challenge and am quite competitive: I enjoy working with a team and feel most rewarded when I can help lead people to success. In addition to work and camping, I recently picked up a new hobby of paddleboarding. Being on the water out in nature feeds my soul!
