Support an RVWA Initiative That Matters to You.
Opportunity exists for RVWA members to volunteer on eleven different task forces that move the needle on projects that support our core initiatives: Member Connections, Member Education, and Member Recognition.
This group of 3-5 people will be in charge of planning the Awards Ceremony that will coincide with our Education Symposium in October of this year. This event will take place in October of 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month until the event.
This group of 3-5 people will be in charge of helping to facilitate member conversations and getting feedback to elevate the value of membership within RVWA. This group will also work to find new ways to "think outside the box" on ways RVWA can improve overall. Time commitment will be approximately 2-4 hours per quarter.
This group of 3-5 people will be working to plan our Education Symposium for 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month with potentially more frequent calls closer to the event..
This group of 2-3 people will be in charge of coming up with the bi-monthly topics, hosting the calls, finding resources to share within the member only dashboard site on the monthly topic, etc. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month prior to each event.
This group of 3-4 people will be planning our virtual workshops for the year. We are planning four virtual workshops in 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 3-5 hours per month prior to each event.
This group of 3-5 people will work to create our internal learning management system on our member portal. They will be gathering what resources our membership needs and working to gather the right information to include in the system. This will be ongoing throughout 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month.
This group of 3-4 people will be planning our community service projects for the year in multiple locations throughout the United States. We are looking to do four events in 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 3-5 hours per month leading up to each event.
This group of 3-5 people will be planning our small events in 2023 including happy hours and more. These events will take place once per quarter in 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 3-5 hours per month leading up to the events.
This group of 2-3 people will be working to plan our Open House Breakfast for 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month with potentially more frequent calls closer to the event.
This group of 3-5 people will be working to plan our Spring Campout for 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month with potentially more frequent calls closer to the event.
This group of approximately 3-5 people will be working to execute the mentorship program in 2023. Time commitment will be approximately 1-2 hours per month to choose mentorship program pairings, enhance the program, etc.
