Anyone who currently works, or is looking to work in the RV industry is invited to become a member regardless of gender – we need men to be our champions too!
Membership is completely free. The only cost to our members is optional for select events like our annual Educational Symposium, Ready Hitch Tow Camp! classes, or RV Systems Classes – we even offer scholarship opportunities for select participants.
Nope! While Elkhart may feel like the capital of the RV industry, our members are spread far and wide. While most of our members are located in the midwest and a lot of our in-person events coincide with this area, we do our best to host regional events across the U.S. and Canada to help connect local members and serve their communities.
No need to wait. We’d love to help you get the information, confidence, and skills you need to land that first job. In fact, our Mentorship Program was designed specifically to help you hit the ground running!
As a member, you can throw your hat in the ring with one of our many task forces or special projects. As a company, we would love to have you involved as an event sponsor or an RVWA partner. The easiest way to help is just to evangelize the benefits of a free RVWA membership to anyone you know in the industry!

We offer a more broad level of education and networking to those outside your organization that you can then share with your company. Our goal is to elevate, educate, and promote women at every stage of their career and in every industry sector. We welcome everyone too, regardless of gender!
