The RV industry has been an integral part of my entire life! From RVing with my family in my youth to owning an RV and camping with my husband and kids as an adult, working in RV design for over 20 years with RV manufacturers and suppliers, and now as a managing partner of a company providing digital marketing solutions for RV dealers. The RV industry is like family!

I have spent my life empowering and inspiring women. My first words were “girls can do that too!” When I lost my job in 2018, I decided to start a business doing what I love – traveling, camping, and RVing! So now through my business Sparkle RV Services, I help other women go on their own adventures.

In 2019 I sold everything I owned, bought a 34ft Tiffin and hit the road with no plan. Since then as a solo traveler, I have looped the US three times, visited 41 out of 62 National Parks, faced a moose, a hurricane, a tornado, and a flat tire. Looking to inspire others and especially women to embrace this lifestyle I bought a 36 year old RV Club that caters to the solo RVer. I joined RVWA to be a part of and contribute to this community of like minded women.

After teaching for 16 years, I decided to do something different in life. I landed in the RV Industry and have not looked back. This has been such a positive transition. The teamwork and camaraderie are amazing. I love being part of a strong network of women who happily support one another. Empowerment, Independence and Leadership are only a few words I hear about the women in our industry.

From Inside Sales, to Customer Service Manager, to now Business Intelligence Senior Manager (handling forecasting to help ensure we keep our end users camping) – my love for this fun industry continues to grow!!!
