Aftermarket Manager at B&B Molders and RVWA President
From an early age, I was always the one to question the status quo and push limits. I love challenges – the bigger, the better – and believe that anything worth doing is worth doing right. I know that networking is one of the most valuable tools you should have in a career and prioritize integrity and ethics as my guiding principles. I am currently the Aftermarket Manager for B&B Molders, an injection molding company that supplies the RV industry. I was selected for this role 5 years ago because of my ability to create, develop, and manage the new aftermarket division of the company. Before B&B Molders, I was President and Co-Owner of JR Products, a supplier of hardware to the RV Aftermarket.
In my 25-year career with the company, I led them from a small mom and pop venture to a multi-million-dollar enterprise through innovative, outside the box thinking and programs that saw me challenging the status quo and driving to be better than the competition. I’ve dedicated a tremendous amount of my time to serve as a volunteer leader on many boards and committees, including the RV Aftermarket Association (RVAA) and the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA).
These experiences made me the ideal person to serve as the founder and first president of the RV Women’s Alliance, where my decades of leadership have enabled me, along with an amazing team of volunteers, to build and grow this much-needed organization committed to the development and advancement of women in the RV industry. In addition to my professional career, I am a proud wife, mother, and grandmother. I love the great outdoors and I have the goal of visiting every National Park in the United States.
