Marketing Manager at Campers Inn RV and RVWA Charitable Foundation Board Member
I grew up in the heart of the RV industry in Elkhart where I was immersed in the business from an early age. My mother was one of the few female sales representatives in the industry, setting an inspiring example of breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field. This upbringing instilled in me a deep understanding of the RV world and a passion for connecting with customers in meaningful ways. My career at Campers Inn RV began over a decade ago as a receptionist, but my drive, strategic mindset, and passion for marketing quickly propelled me into greater responsibilities. As the company grew, so did my role – transitioning into the Marketing Manager position, where I have been instrumental in shaping the company’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
Over the years, I have overseen the evolution of Campers Inn RV’s marketing efforts: from supporting just 7 locations to now managing marketing initiatives for over 36 dealerships across the country. I have built and led a dynamic marketing team to elevate the brand through innovative campaigns, streamlined digital advertising, and a strong customer engagement strategy. Under my leadership, the company has strengthened its presence in the RV industry, staying ahead of trends and continuously pushing creative boundaries. For me, seeing the brand and marketing team grow has been one of the most thrilling aspects of my career. I thrive on the challenge of innovation, ensuring that Campers Inn RV remains “The RVer’s Trusted Resource” through compelling storytelling, strategic partnerships, and data-driven decision-making.
When I’m not crafting impactful marketing campaigns or analyzing ROI reports, I enjoy spending time with my five-year-old, reading, cycling, and cooking. I am passionate about collaboration, problem-solving, and creating marketing strategies that not only drive sales but also build lasting relationships with customers.
