Meet Brittany Gingerich

Marketing Manager at RVWA

I have spent most of my life collecting an education before starting a career in Business and Marketing. I received a BA in Communications and Business from Hanover College in 2016 before moving to Louisville, KY where I was a Logistics Coordinator at TQL. After leaving TQL and moving back to the Goshen, IN area in 2018, I became a Purchasing Assistant at Coachmen RV. I realized that in order to have the marketing career I wanted I would need to attain a higher degree and I was craving to have that knowledge in my arsenal regardless. I decided to take advantage of our family vacation home in Florida and attend The University of Tampa for dual degree studies: an MBA in Marketing and an MA in Social and Emerging Media, both of which I completed with honors and an award-winning capstone project surrounding fatphobia in society.

It was through this program that I found out about The RV Women’s Alliance as I needed an internship to complete my MBA degree requirements. I began working for RVWA in early 2023 with the intention of just working through the summer, but as luck would have it: we needed each other. I fell in love with the environment, creative freedom, and overall atmosphere that is fostered through the incredible work of this organization and its members. Having grown up in Elkhart County with 3 parents working heavily within the RV Industry since the early 90s, I have always said that it’s part of my DNA whether I like it or not. I have grown fond of the women in this industry and I love the ability to help nurture future leaders while getting a crash course in managing an entire brand with such a small team from the very beginning.

In my spare time I love golfing as I was a competitive golfer all through high school and college (not to brag but I went to the NCAA National Tournament twice). I also spend time traveling as much as possible as I have a never-ending wanderlust and the inability to stay in one place for very long. I currently live in Southwest Florida dreaming of colder temperatures with my Shih Tzu named Lucy and I hope to move to Scotland in the near future if at all possible.
