Who This is For

Any woman who is interested in enhancing their knowledge of RV Systems and better their skillset for increased job performance in parts, warranty, tech/customer service, etc. is encouraged to apply!

With 72 million Americans planning to take an RV trip in the next year, there’s more demand and opportunity for those skilled in RV Systems knowledge than ever before. Our hands-on training and instruction provides the experience and expertise needed to succeed in this exciting industry with manufacturers, suppliers, campgrounds, dealerships and repair shops nationwide.

Women Are Needed!

With 80% of the RV buying decisions being conducted by women, it is important for them to also find other women within industry sectors throughout the buying process.  This certification is good for life and will allow recipients to better understand customer dilemmas, increase their knowledge of RV components, and prepare an RV for customer delivery by verifying the operation of all systems.

What You Will Learn

In this week-long class you will learn the “7 areas” of RV inspection. After completing the class you will have a working knowledge of:

  • Propane systems
  • Water systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Appliances
  • Generators
  • Body
  • Chassis

You will be equipped to perform pre-delivery inspections on RVs once completing the class and passing the final exams.

Online Helper Portal

Online Helper is a new format we are offering for women in the industry who already have access to the online material from RVTI through their employer, but are finding it hard to take the time to study and work through the material.  For just $75, this program will give you a six week accountability structure where you will be given:

  • a way to go through the material that is beneficial to how we think about an RV
  • weekly homework to review either in your plant or dealership looking at an RV
  • a weekly 1 hour call with the instructor to go over the material learned that week.

Students still get to move at their own pace, but have some accountability to get through the material and test on their own.
