After the success of the RV Women’s Alliance’s 2022 book clubs we saw the need for deeper discussions within our membership to bring members together and allow them to learn from one another.
This summer we are bringing back a merge between our original Coffee Lunch and Learns that launched in 2020 in response to COVID and the book clubs we hosted in 2022 with the new Summer Discussion Series.
On the fourth Thursday of every month starting in May and ending in September a different long time veteran in the RV industry will be discussing topics relatable to growing your career in the RV industry. Each of these speakers brings a unique perspective to their topic and will be able to provide members with knowledge, discussion and networking opportunities.

May – How to be great at sales and influence people
June – How to negotiate for what you want
July – Building a culture of leadership
August – Internal and cross functional communication
October – Developing employees
